Fantastic service, I was put at ease as this was my first ever surgery. Aftercare has been great too. Mr Awad was very thorough and the whole recovery process has been smooth sailing, I felt completely prepared before and care for after the surgery. Mr Awad was considerate and professional from start to finish. Both him and his team also went the extra mile to understand more about my second job as an opera singer to give guidance on how the surgery may effect this (note: my voice hasn't changed) and to take extra care when under sedation. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and I know my swift recovery has been due to the attention to detail Mr Awad has and the ongoing advice to carry on this good work at home.

From the moment I met Mr Awad, I felt totally relaxed and at ease, he explained my procedure fully and what to expect. When I went to theatre there was upbeat music being played and all staff were extremely happy and made me feel so relaxed rather than nervous. Mr. Awad came to see me after surgery to tell me everything went smoothly and if I had any questions. I cannot recommend Mr Awad enough. Very happy with the service I received.

Mr Awad was my surgeon when I had gastric sleeve surgery. Mr Awad called me prior to surgery and sent all the information I needed to ensure I was informed of any possible complications that I might have. Also the benefits of having the surgery would support me following the procedure. Following my surgery Mr Awad came to me the following morning to inform me of how my operation had gone, and shown me images of my operation, he found a small benign growth which he remove and sent off to be tested. Mr Awad wrote to my GP and myself keeping us informed. Prior to surgery Mr Awad was so reassuring, informative and put me ant great ease explaining everything I was going to experience. He called me after 3 months following surgery to see how I was and was keen to hear my success as well as my challenges I faced. Mr Awad listened and gave me advice now and for my future journey. Mr Awad genuinely wants to make a change in people’s life. I don’t feel I can say what improvement he could make as he made this process much easier for me with the above reasons.
